Submitting a notice

Send your notice through the studio contact form with "DMCA" in the subject. Include all of the following so we can act without asking for more information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
• The exact page URL, channel, track title or advertiser spot at issue.
• Your name, mailing address, phone number and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We aim to acknowledge notices within two business days. Valid claims result in the material being pulled from rotation and removed from storage, and the uploader or advertiser being notified.

Counter-notices

If your material was removed and you believe the claim was mistaken, send a counter-notice with the removed material identified, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your signature. We may restore the material after forwarding your counter-notice.

Repeat infringement

Accounts and advertisers responsible for repeat infringement lose studio and submission access permanently.

Licensing

Rights holders who would prefer their music stay on air can license it to the station instead — message the studio and we will arrange it.
